Under the patronage of Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, Dean of the College of Science for Women, the Continuing Education Unit, in collaboration with the Department of Mathematics, organized a workshop titled “Design and Development of E-Learning”. The workshop was presented by Dr. Nadia Mohammed Jawad, Dr. Farah Jawad Kazem, and Dr. Sherine Ouda Dkhil.

The aim of the workshop was to introduce modern tools and techniques used by experts in the field to enhance the e-learning experience and improve the quality of online education. The workshop discussed the latest trends in e-learning, including the use of intelligent learning platforms, the design of interactive courses, and the application of multimedia technologies such as videos and audios to make learning more engaging and effective.

Various topics were covered, such as how to select appropriate software tools for designing educational content, creating user-friendly interfaces that allow students to interact with the content easily, as well as reviewing important modern teaching methods such as blended learning and game-based learning. Additionally, the workshop provided practical skills in using different programs for designing educational materials and developing assessment tests that align with modern teaching methods.

This workshop served as a valuable opportunity for those interested in enhancing their skills in the field of e-learning and building their capacity to create interactive and impactful educational environments.
