Citizens Affairs Unit

The Citizens Affairs Unit was created based on the directives of the President of the University and was created in 2017 and included in the organizational structure of the college and linked to the Dean’s Office directly.

Module Tasks
  1. The Citizens Affairs Unit follows up the measures taken regarding citizens’ requests submitted to the Dean and responds to the requests submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research or to the Presidency of the University Office of the President of the University within a maximum period of three days.
  2. The Citizens Affairs Unit organizes interviews with the Dean.
  3. The Citizens Affairs Unit receives all complaints, requests and suggestions submitted by college employees (teachers and employees), students and all citizens.
