Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, the Dean of the College of Science for Women, the Women’s Affairs Unit, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports / Scientific Care Department, organized a specialized workshop titled “Work Skills.” The workshop was presented by a distinguished group of certified trainers: Eng. Rania Dleir Mohammed, Eng. Hussein Basel, and Ms. Shahed Iyad, with the attendance of a number of female students and interested individuals.
The workshop aimed to enhance the basic and modern work skills of the participants by providing a range of important tips and guidelines to help both youth and women face the challenges of the job market with confidence and efficiency.
The session also addressed the importance of self-development and continuous work on improving individual abilities, with a focus on acquiring digital and technological skills, which have become essential requirements in various fields of work today.
Additionally, the workshop included topics on developing personal and managerial skills, as well as strategies for dealing with different work environments, all aimed at improving professional performance and achieving career excellence. The importance of empowering women and developing their capabilities through ongoing training and opening new horizons for them in the labor market was emphasized.
At the conclusion of the workshop, it was reiterated that fostering a stimulating educational and training environment is crucial for achieving personal and professional development for both women and youth, encouraging them to take initiative and be creative in line with the demands of the modern era.
