Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, Dean of the College of Science for Women, and under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Mathematics, the department’s Counseling Committee organized a visit to the dormitories of the Mathematics Department’s female students. The visit included the participation of committee members from all academic stages, along with several faculty members from various departments.
The visit aimed to assess the living conditions of the students in the dormitories and to follow up on their needs, in addition to providing psychological and educational guidance intended to support their academic journey and enhance their sense of belonging and comfort within the residential environment.
This visit comes as part of the ongoing program of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit and the departmental counseling committees, which seeks to monitor the social and educational affairs of the college’s students, thereby contributing to the promotion of a positive and motivating academic environment that fosters success.
