Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, the Qualification and Employment Unit, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Division at the College, organized a workshop entitled “Strategies for Building Smart Administrative Systems: Employee Performance Evaluation System as an Applied Model.” The workshop was presented by Ms. Enas Abdulmuttalib Zaidan, Ms. Shaimaa Mohammed Abbas, and Ms. Maisam Fadhil Abboud.

The workshop addressed the concept of smart administrative systems and their significance in developing institutional work environments. It highlighted the mechanisms involved in designing and establishing modern systems that contribute to improving occupational performance efficiency. The workshop also examined the employee performance evaluation system as an applied model demonstrating how performance can be measured according to precise criteria based on efficiency, productivity, and achievement.

Furthermore, the workshop discussed the role of smart administrative systems in supporting decision-making processes and enhancing institutional quality. It included practical demonstrations and applied models that contributed to developing participants’ skills and competencies in this field.

The workshop concluded by emphasizing the importance of adopting smart administrative systems in educational institutions and highlighting their role in improving performance quality and achieving sustainable development.
