On the occasion of National Women’s Day, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Science for Women organized an event to honor outstanding female students in the college, who demonstrated remarkable academic excellence in their studies, in addition to their high moral commitment and the spirit of cooperation they showed in helping their colleagues and promoting a fruitful educational environment. The event was attended by the head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, Assistant Professor Dr. Shaima Saleh Mahdi, who expressed her pride in this event and stressed the importance of honoring female students who contribute effectively to raising the academic level within the college.
The honoring ceremony was also attended by the heads of departments in the college, who presented gifts to the honored female students, confirming the college’s appreciation for their continuous efforts in academic excellence and active participation in university activities.
The honored female students expressed their thanks and gratitude for this distinguished initiative, which reflects the great appreciation for the role of women in various educational and administrative fields.
