Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim , the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit organized a distinguished scientific exhibition entitled “Science is the Inspiration.” The event was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Asmaa Mahdi Saleh, in the presence of the Dean, the associate deans, a number of faculty members and staff, as well as the participation of several students.
The exhibition was organized within the College’s continuous efforts to promote interest in the sciences and encourage students to innovate and be creative across various scientific fields. It also aimed to provide students with opportunities to explore new ideas and their practical applications in everyday life. The exhibition includes a wide range of scientific activities, interactive demonstrations, and educational lectures designed to simplify scientific concepts and deepen students’ understanding of the importance of science and its role in societal development.
The University Psychological Counseling Unit emphasized that the exhibition is not limited to the scientific dimension; rather, it also serves as an opportunity to strengthen social bonds among students, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences, and enhance their critical thinking skills and problem-solving .
