The activity aimed to shed light on the necessary skills and knowledge that graduates must possess to ensure their success in the competitive labor market. The workshop targeted graduate students and those looking to develop their professional skills. A set of basic tools were reviewed that contribute to enabling the graduate to adapt to the needs of the labor market, focusing on the importance of developing personal skills such as effective communication and teamwork, in addition to specialized technical skills that keep pace with the development of technology. The importance of building a strong professional network and understanding the mechanisms of writing a professional CV were also discussed, in addition to how to prepare for personal interviews. Practical advice was provided on how to develop leadership skills and critical thinking, and the importance of continuous learning and professional development was highlighted. The workshop concluded with a set of tips and guidance on how to deal with the challenges of the labor market and achieve professional success.
