It also discussed its negative effects on mental health, productivity, and social relationships. Strategies for prevention and treatment were proposed, including setting time limits for digital device use and adopting healthy alternative activities.
The session included interactive activities, such as the “Choose the color of your mood for today” exercise, which was applied before it started. The session concluded with a survey titled “Has your mood changed now after the session?” to which the attendees unanimously responded, “Yes.”
The session witnessed significant interaction from the attendees, who emphasized the importance of such events in raising awareness about the risks of digital addiction and the need for community cooperation to reduce its negative impacts.
