The thesis aims to Preparation of Zn1-xMgxO nanomaterial in environmentally and cost-effective method to use Different Medical Applications.
The thesis also includes Preparation of Zn1-xMgxO nanomaterial in environmentally and cost-effective method and test the antibacterial activity against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and fungi, also investigate the ability of nanoparticles to inhibit the growth of the breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231
The most important recommendations which the study has come up with and the average obtained:
The final preparation of Zn1-xMgxO NPs showed that the nanoparticles had strong antibacterial activity with no cytotoxic effect on normal cells, as well as anticancer action that depends on dose. Consequently, the most important discovery made by this research is that Zn1-xMgxO NPs produced by green synthesis employing ficus carica leaves extract have very promising potential as antibacterial and new anticancer agents for breast cancer therapy.
