The Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, along with the Head of the Media Unit, Mr. Ahmed Abdul Karim, received a delegation from the University’s Media Department in a visit aimed at strengthening media cooperation and reviewing the mechanisms for documenting activities and events within the College.
The delegation included the Head of the Media Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Harith Mohammed Ibrahim, and Dr. Shahad. During the visit, discussions were held on developing media performance and enhancing coordination between the University’s Media Department and that of the College, in a manner that ensures the unification of media discourse and the professional presentation of scientific, cultural, and student activities, thereby reflecting a positive image of the academic institution.
The visit also included an overview of a number of activities and events organized by the College, with emphasis placed on the importance of documenting and publishing them through official platforms. In addition, views and proposals were exchanged with the aim of improving media content in terms of formulation, coverage, and digital engagement.
The University’s Media delegation commended the efforts of the Media Unit at the College of Science for Women and its distinguished staff, underscoring the importance of continuous communication between the University’s Media Department and its colleges in support of institutional media work and in enhancing the University’s overall media presence.
