part of the college’s efforts to promote environmental sustainability, the academic departments, in coordination with the Friends of the Environment Team and the college’s Agricultural Unit, organized a large annual afforestation campaign aimed at increasing green spaces and enhancing the overall environmental quality on campus.
These campaigns support the college’s contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:

Goal 15: Life on Land, through preserving vegetation cover and increasing green diversity.

Goal 13: Climate Action, by highlighting the role of trees in reducing emissions and improving the local climate.
The tree-planting activities were accompanied by energizing music, which added a positive and vibrant atmosphere, fostering teamwork and enthusiasm among participants without fatigue or boredom.
This initiative is carried out under the slogan:

Emphasizing the college’s commitment to creating a healthy and sustainable educational environment for future generations.
