Under the patronage of Dr. Sameera Naji Kahdim, Dean of the College of Science for Women, the Continuing Education Center at the University of Baghdad, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit at the college, organized a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) course on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at the conference hall.
The course was opened by Dr. Arkan Said Khattab, Director of the Continuing Education Center at the university, in the presence of several faculty members of the college. The course aimed to develop the participants’ skills in various training fields and qualify them to become professional trainers.
The course covered several key topics, including:
Training objectives and elements of the training process.
The difference between training and teaching.
Presentation and delivery skills.
Preparing a training package.
Training needs and body language skills.

The course concluded with an emphasis on the importance of developing training skills to ensure the achievement of educational goals across various disciplines
