A ministerial committee tasked with monitoring the conduct of the final examinations for postgraduate students, accompanied by Dr. Yusra Abdul Sahib, Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division at the University of Baghdad, visited the College of Science for Women to conduct a field assessment of the examination process and ensure its proper administration. The committee was received by Assist. Prof. Dr. Nadia Mohammed Jawad, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Students, who accompanied the committee during its tour of the College.
The visit included inspecting the examination committees in the College’s departments and the examination halls, as well as reviewing the organizational arrangements and procedures for student distribution. The committee also followed up on the measures adopted to ensure that the examinations were conducted smoothly and systematically.
During the tour, the committee emphasized the importance of providing an appropriate examination environment for students and adhering to the established examination regulations and instructions. It also commended the efforts of the College Deanship, teaching staff, and administrative personnel in organizing the examinations and creating suitable conditions that enable students to sit for their examinations in an orderly and appropriate manner.
