Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, Dean of the College of Science for Women, and under the supervision and in the presence of Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salah Khairi, the College of Science for Women participated in serving the visitors of Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him), as part of its humanitarian and national mission and its commitment to deeply rooted religious and social values.
This initiative embodied the spirit of giving and solidarity embraced by the College, as its teaching and administrative staff and employees contributed to providing various forms of support and services to the visitors of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him). This participation reflects the depth of their sense of belonging and loyalty to this enduring occasion.
The College Deanship emphasized that serving the visitors represents a great honor and a noble humanitarian responsibility, noting that this participation forms part of the College’s approach to promoting a culture of volunteerism and strengthening ethical values within society. It also reflects the College’s role in supporting major religious occasions that unite members of Iraqi society.
