Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, Dean of the College of Science for Women, the Department of Chemistry organized a field visit to the dormitories at the University of Baghdad as part of its social and humanitarian contributions aimed at supporting female students and assisting them in their academic journey. During the visit, Ramadan food baskets were distributed to the female students residing in the dormitories to alleviate their burdens and provide some essential needs during the blessed month of Ramadan. Moral and psychological support was also offered to the students, emphasizing the importance of balancing academic studies with social aspects and the necessity of continuing academic excellence despite challenges. This visit represents an important step towards strengthening the bonds between academic departments and students, fostering an environment that encourages scientific excellence and mutual social support.
