The Employment and Training Unit organised a workshop named ‘Common Linguistic Mistakes in Arabic’, which was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Salma Dawood Salman. The purpose of the workshop was to familiarise attendees with frequent language errors in everyday interactions and official documents. It highlighted the recurring linguistic mistakes in speeches and official literature that lead to weak and awkward construction of official texts and a failure to maintain adherence to Arabic language guidelines. The workshop emphasized the importance of avoiding these mistakes to maintain language accuracy and prevent inaccuracies and mistakes.
