The Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Students, Assistant Professor Dr. Nadia Mohammed Jawad, and Professor Dr. Fikrat Majid Hassan Hassan, conducted an inspection tour to monitor the progress of the graduate studies examinations across the College’s academic departments.

The visit aimed to review the organization and administration of the examinations, assess compliance with examination regulations and procedures, and ensure the effective implementation of the Ministry of Higher Education’s directives and the University’s examination guidelines. The tour was attended by a number of faculty members and examination committee representatives.

During the inspection, the Dean reviewed the examination questions to assess their appropriateness and alignment with the academic level of the graduate students. She also evaluated the examination environment to ensure that appropriate conditions were provided for students to complete their examinations in a calm, orderly, and supportive atmosphere. The Dean emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial regulations and university instructions to ensure the successful conduct of the examination process.

The inspection concluded with an affirmation of the importance of maintaining an appropriate examination environment that enables graduate students to perform to the best of their abilities while contributing to the continuous enhancement of the quality of graduate education and the overall academic process.
