Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, the Scientific Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Department of Computer Science, organized a workshop entitled “Smart Technologies for Image Processing.”The workshop was presented by Ms. Noor Muwaffaq Abdulhadi and Dr. Noor Adnan Ibrahim.
The workshop introduced the latest smart technologies used in digital image processing and highlighted their role in improving image quality and extracting information using advanced algorithms and techniques based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. It also addressed the most important practical applications of these technologies in various fields such as medicine, security, and intelligent systems. Furthermore, the workshop explained the mechanisms of image analysis and processing for accurate and efficient data extraction.
The workshop concluded by emphasizing the importance of employing smart technologies in the field of image processing, given their effective role in advancing scientific research and keeping pace with modern technological developments in computer science.
