The Physics Department Organizes a Memorial Ceremony for Dr. Adnan Saleh Mohammed under the Patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women
The Physics Department organized a memorial ceremony in honor of Dr. Adnan Saleh Mohammed attended by the Dean of the College of Science for Women, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, and the Head of the Physics Department, along with members of the bereaved family, a number of faculty members, and students of the department.
The ceremony included the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by a minute of silence in mercy for the soul of the deceased. The event also featured reflections on his scholarly and humanitarian career, highlighting his distinguished contributions in service to science, the college, and the university. Several faculty members delivered speeches expressing their profound sorrow at the loss of this eminent academic figure, praising his exemplary ethics and academic dedication, which left a lasting positive impact on his colleagues and students.
The ceremony concluded with supplications to Almighty God to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy, grant him eternal peace in Paradise, and bestow patience and solace upon his family and loved ones.
