The Secretariat Unit is linked to the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs.The Secretariat Unit performs all the administrative tasks of the Assistant Lady from the completion of the library work to implement the work plan in order to achieve the desired goals and ensure the speed of completion.

Module Tasks
  1. The Secretariat Unit, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, saves and processes mail from incoming and outgoing and coordinates all matters related to the office.
  2. The Secretarial Unit Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs arranges appointments and meetings, organizes the reception of auditors and processes communications.
  3. The Secretariat Unit, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, saves and archives files and information.
