The Ibn Sina E-Learning Unit in the Faculty is one of the new units that are interested in supporting e-learning, training and teaching activities using various technologies.

The unit is concerned with promoting and encouraging excellence in the fields of teaching, education and other academic activities, and it supports the college’s educational role by adding the technological dimension to formal education within the framework of the university’s ambitious policy and working to develop and support the skills of faculty members to produce Modern electronic courses on the international network and raising the efficiency of students in using them and encouraging them to self-learning. The unit technically follows the Ibn Sina Center at the university, and administratively follows the Deanship of the College, as it is directly linked to the Office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs

Unit Tasks
  1. The Dean’s Office Unit and the Confidential Registry organize the mail in special files for the purpose of reference when needed.

  2. Receiving cash and instruments with official receipts and depositing them in the bank, transferring receipts, matching the register, and organizing closing and deposit restrictions.

  3. The Dean’s Office Unit and the Secret Pen follow up the answers of books from the scientific departments, divisions and units of the college, print the books of the Dean’s Office, save the books of the office in the files allocated to it, which include laws, instructions, minutes of the College Council and the University Council, organize the archive of the office, and record the incoming and outgoing mail of the Dean.
  4. The Dean’s Office Unit and the Secret Pen coordinates meetings and interviews of the Dean inside and outside the college.
