The division generally contains a group of employees from various disciplines and scientific titles with a specific specialization related to the media and entrusted to them with a set of functional and administrative tasks, including, covering all the activities of the college, internally or externally, documenting and archiving all conferences and seminars visually and informatively, coordinating through the Media and Relations Unit externally with the relevant institutions for the purpose of organizing and holding seminars, conferences and workshops within the college, which are reflected positively, education and awareness. On our college students and associates as well as teachers.

Tasks assigned to the unit:

1. Develop an annual plan for the educational counseling program, which includes determining the objectives of the program and identifying the needs of students and their educational and psychological problems.
2. Forming committees for educational guidance for all scientific departments and meeting with members to know the problems of students
3. Holding training courses for the liaison members of the mentors to develop their abilities in following up students, dealing with them and making decisions
4. Providing students with scientific, psychological and social guidance information that guarantees them in acquiring skills in facing and solving problems.
5. Direct contact with students to know their psychological and educational problems, find solutions to them, address them, and provide everything the student needs in her scientific career.
6. Visiting the internal departments and taking care of the students and following up on their cases.
7. Holding training workshops and educational seminars for students in cooperation with professors to develop students’ abilities
8. Follow-up cases of needy students
9. Held scientific visits and trips for students.
10. The mission of (caring for people with special needs) in our college and taking care of them directly and providing everything they need
