The Student Affairs Division for Preliminary Studies is the initial gateway to the stage of starting and testing university life and building a promising future that serves the community and keeps pace with the scientific process of the country.
It is responsible for accepting students in the college for the two studies (morning and evening) and takes care of their affairs during the academic years and after their graduation
1- Admission and Registration Unit: It includes accepting students, preparing a file for them, and everything that includes orders (success, failure, postponement, registration numbering) and others, and issuing identities.
2- File Unit: It includes students’ files, coordination and saving matters for each student from orders to endorsements and others.
3- Documents and Validity of Issuance Unit: It includes the issuance of endorsements and documents and graduation for students after graduation, as well as the procedure for the validity of the issuance of documents.
- Issuance of graduation documents: The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies provides students with graduation documents in Arabic and English and wall certificates.
- Issuing orders for the financial grant: The Division of Preliminary Studies Student Affairs issues orders for the government financial grant granted to eligible students in accordance with the instructions.
- Issuance of Identities: The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies issues special identities and university bags.
- Providing students with official books: The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies provides students with official books such as continuing to study to official and semi-official bodies.
- Student Registration: The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies undertakes the task of receiving first-stage students in the college and registering them in accordance with the controls and instructions for central admission.
- Issuing lists: The Division of Student Affairs of Preliminary Studies issues lists of admission, transfer, postponement, failure and registration numbering.
