The Division of Student Affairs for Undergraduate Studies is considered the primary gateway to the stage of initiating and testing university life and building a promising future that serves the community and keeps pace with the scientific march of the country.
It is responsible for accepting students to the college for two studies (morning and evening) and takes care of their affairs during the academic years and after their graduation. The division includes several units, namely:
1- The Admission and Registration Unit: It includes the admission of female students, the preparation of a file for them, everything that includes orders (pass, failure, postponement, registration promotion) and others, and the issuance of identities.
2- The files unit: It includes the students’ files, coordinating them, and keeping the matters related to each student, from orders to endorsements and others.
3- The Documents and Validation Unit: It includes the issuance of endorsements, documents, and graduation for female students after graduation, as well as conducting the validation of documents.
