Dr. Yousra Abdul-Sahib Sief Al-Din, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Students, Dr. Adel Hussein Talib, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Dr. Fikret Majid Hassan, Editor-in-Chief of Baghdad Journal of Sciences, conducted an inspection tour of the ongoing examination process for the undergraduate levels across all college departments, as part of the efforts to ensure smooth and transparent exams.
During the tour, examination halls in the Departments of Biology
Sciences, Mathematics, and Chemistry were visited, and the exam papers were reviewed to ensure signatures and stamps were in place. The team also checked that all necessary equipment and materials, such as devices and supplies, were available in the examination halls, and that water bottles and heating were provided to ensure a comfortable exam environment for the female students. Additionally, the work of the examination committees was monitored.
It is worth noting that today, 325 female students participated in the undergraduate exams, with 31 exam monitors overseeing the process across 8 examination halls.
