Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Kahdim, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division organized a workshop titled “Measuring Learning Outcomes.” It was presented by Assistant Professor Amer Jafar Sadiq and Lecturer Anfal Muzafar Ali, with the attendance of liaison members from all departments. The workshop aimed to emphasize the importance of measuring learning outcomes to assess educational output levels annually, evaluate the institution’s quality, identify shortcomings, and find appropriate solutions. It also highlighted the importance of equipping students with scientific, technological, language, and communication skills. The workshop provided a detailed explanation of how to write learning outcomes for academic programs and courses, focusing on the principles of formulating quality standards and the importance of alignment between program and course objectives
