Under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Kahdim, the Career and Employment Unit, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, held a workshop titled “Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability in Administrative Work,” presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Hadi Abd.
The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of integrity, the principle of transparency, and the legal accountability that follows an employee’s violation of the applicable regulations and guidelines.
The workshop emphasized the need for employees to adhere to laws and regulations while performing their duties and assigned tasks, to enhance workplace effectiveness and improve work performance. Additionally, it discussed implementing mechanisms to address workplace errors before they occur, as much as possible
