Legal Unit

The unit is linked to the Office of the Dean of the College and undertakes to provide all legal advice to the college’s teachers and employees and organize the sponsorships of fellowship students outside Iraq, as well as the process of analyzing legal offers for the purchase and processing of materials and devices in our college. It also follows up on forged students with the judicial authorities (courts) and in coordination with the Department of Legal Affairs in the Presidency of the University and our Ministry. The unit organizes the process of concluding contracts between the Deanship of the College and the contractors on the sites belonging to our college, as well as organizing public communications about the work of the college and its employees.
