The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit is concerned with developing the capabilities and skills of students and graduates alike within their specialization, which gives them the ability to compete for jobs through a set of training and rehabilitation programs for students during their studies or after their graduation, as well as opening horizons for cooperation with public and private sector institutions in order to market them.

Preparing training programs for college students starting from the first stage of study in coordination with the concerned authorities, and the unit also seeks to open channels of communication with government institutions and the private sector and provide suitable job opportunities for all specializations of the college. In addition, following up the students after their appointment in state institutions and the private sector and evaluating the extent of benefit from their specialization.
Preparing and implementing programs to qualify the self-capabilities of university students and graduates, which include developing personal
skills, following up students after their appointment in state institutions and the private sector in order to develop indicators that help in developing curricula, as well as indicating the most demanded specializations within the labor market.
Finding job opportunities for graduates, taking into account the priority of nominating those registered in the trainee databases within the programs prepared by the Center.

Preparing and implementing summer training programs for students in coordination and cooperation with public and private sector institutions (companies and international organizations) related to each according to specialization.
