The Human Resources Management Division comprises four units:
1- Outgoing
Unit, 2- Staff Unit,
3- Retirement
Unit, 4- File Unit

1. The files unit performs the task of saving and archiving all administrative orders within the files of the college’s employees, organizing them and adopting electronic archiving in keeping pace with the movement of administrative development.
2. The Retirement Unit carries out the task of all transactions of the National Retirement Authority and the preparation of records to organize the staff of the college according to the due dates of retirement.
3. The staffing unit undertakes the task of all administrative belongings of the college’s permanent and temporary staff of its work (promotion, bonus, placement, transfer of services, permanent and temporary appointments, placement, thanks and appreciation, granting university allocations, certificate, transfer and position).
4. The outgoing unit records and organizes the incoming mail to and from the college (on paper).
