The Finance Division includes a group of units in order to complete the tasks of the Division, namely the Budget Unit, the Records Unit, the Fund Secretariat Unit, the Payroll Unit and the Equipment Unit..

Tasks assigned
  1. Organizing the input and output operations: The Equipment Unit performs tasks that organize the inventory entry and exit of all fixed and inventory assets and prepare their records.
  2. Salary disbursement: The Payroll Unit prepares salaries and wages for employees in the college, as well as preparing documents such as disbursement, registration, receipt, keeping accounting records, extracting monthly balances, and following up the implementation of the college’s annual budget.
