Also evaluate their activities <em>in<\/em>&#8211;<em> vitro<\/em> and <em>in-vivo<\/em> studies against biofilm formation &#8211; MDR pathogens that isolated from oral cavity of apparently healthy and unhealthy patients from different hospitals in Baghdad.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_72085\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fa czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Content of the Dissertation <\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The study includes conducting a research study on oral diseases. Oral cavity samples (100) of different ages were collected from apparently healthy and unhealthy patients suffering from dental caries or cavities, gingivitis, periodontal disease, and thrush from various hospitals in Baghdad during the period from November 2022 to June 2023.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_106333\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fa czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Dissertation Recommendations<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The study concluded that all 32 isolates of <em>S. aureus<\/em>, <em>P. aeruginosa<\/em>, and <em>C. albicans<\/em> were identified as having high multidrug resistance patterns using the Vitec-2 system. The plant extracts eugenol and glycyrrhizic acid (GA) in the form of nanostructures were recorded. The best results were obtained by characterizing the EGAE-NLCs using a series of biochemical reactions and analyzing them using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), particle size analysis, energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Characterization of the prepared oral EGAE-NLCs gel showed good physical and chemical stability throughout the study period.
