It commenced with an introductory overview of the health insurance system and its objectives, which focus on providing comprehensive healthcare and improving the quality of medical services offered to employees in both governmental and non-governmental institutions.The discussion covered the necessary steps and procedures for activating health insurance, starting from employee registration in the system and the entry of personal and medical data, through to the issuance of health insurance cards and guidance on their use to access various medical services\u2014whether in hospitals or health centers. Additionally, the session clarified the process of interacting with healthcare service providers, procedures for filing medical compensation claims, and the rights and responsibilities related to employee health insurance.The meeting also included interactive discussion sessions and addressed numerous questions to clarify the practical and operational aspects of the system.
