The College of Science for women at the University of Baghdad discussed the master’s thesis entitled ” Studying the Levels of Amyloid-A, Fibrinogen Like Protein-1 and Myeloperoxidase in Sera of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients “By the student<\/strong>: Aya Waleed Aziz<\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis aims to this study is whether serum Amyloid-A, Fibrinogen Like Protein-1 and Myeloperoxidase may be used as accurate and sensitive markers for predicting the prognosis of RA disease.<\/p>\n

This study, which was conducted at Baghdad Teaching Hospital \/ Baghdad Medical City, measurement of serum Amyloid-A, Fibrinogen Like Protein-1 and Myeloperoxidase levels using the ELISA technique.<\/p>\n

The most important recommendations reached by the thesis are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Compare the roles of SAA and FGL1 across RA patients undergoing different treatment types and considering the duration of treatment.<\/li>\n
  2. Incorporating a more extensive samples of both patients and healthy individuals with considering more samples of males will to enhance the validity of comparisons.<\/li>\n
  3. Further research is needed to understand the role of these parameters in diagnosing other diseases like gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, and psoriatic arthritis.<\/li>\n
  4. Appling nano techniques in RA diagnosis and developing treatment strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
