{"id":6811,"date":"2025-02-27T11:53:13","date_gmt":"2025-02-27T08:53:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6811"},"modified":"2025-02-27T11:53:13","modified_gmt":"2025-02-27T08:53:13","slug":"different-carbon-sources-in-aquatic-ecosystems-a-workshop-organized-by-the-department-of-biology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6811","title":{"rendered":"Different Carbon Sources in Aquatic Ecosystems A workshop organized by the Department of Biology"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women , Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, the Department of Biology , in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a scientific workshop titled &#8220;Different Carbon Sources in Aquatic Ecosystems&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe workshop was presented by Dr. Mohammad Abdul-Ridha Hamdan and Ms. Tara Asu Taher.<br \/>\nThe goal of the workshop was to review the diverse roles of carbon sources in aquatic environments and how they affect ecological balance. It also aimed to analyze both organic and inorganic carbon sources, including decomposed plant and animal materials, as well as dissolved carbon in water.
