{"id":6099,"date":"2024-12-12T12:10:32","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T09:10:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6099"},"modified":"2024-12-12T12:11:36","modified_gmt":"2024-12-12T09:11:36","slug":"fabrication-and-investigation-of-some-physical-properties-of-zn1-xmgxo-nanomaterial-for-use-in-different-medical-application","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6099","title":{"rendered":"Fabrication and Investigation of Some Physical Properties of Zn1-xMgxO Nanomaterial for Use in Different Medical Application"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>College of science for women\/University of Baghdad examined the thesis entitled (Fabrication and Investigation of Some Physical Properties of Zn<sub>1-x<\/sub>Mg<sub>x<\/sub>O Nanomaterial for Use in Different Medical Application) of the student: Athraa Hadi Obead<\/p>\n<p>The thesis aims to Preparation of Zn<sub>1-x<\/sub>Mg<sub>x<\/sub>O nanomaterial in environmentally and cost-effective method to use Different Medical Applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The thesis also includes Preparation of Zn<sub>1-x<\/sub>Mg<sub>x<\/sub>O nanomaterial in environmentally and cost-effective method and test the antibacterial activity against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and fungi, also investigate the ability of nanoparticles to inhibit the growth of the breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231<\/p>\n<p>The most important recommendations which the study has come up with and the average obtained:<\/p>\n<p>The final preparation of Zn<sub>1-x<\/sub>Mg<sub>x<\/sub>O NPs showed that the nanoparticles had strong antibacterial activity with no cytotoxic effect on normal cells, as well as anticancer action that depends on dose.
