Conducting a phylogenetic comparison among Rosa species. Cultivated in Iraq and reconstructing a phylogenetic tree to understand evolutionary development using nuclear DNA (ITS) and chloroplast genome (matK and trnT-trnL).<br \/>\n2. Investigating the role of HSP70 gene expression in heat tolerance and through evaluating the increasing and decreasing of expression.<br \/>\n3. Extracting by hydrodistillation of flowers, isolation and identification of essential oil constituent of current study species of Rosa.<\/p>\n<p>The dissertation also includes DNA extraction from young leaves of five species of Rosa to investigate phylogenetic relationships and barcoding. Moreover, total RNA extraction to evaluate gene expression of HSP70 that related to heat tolerance. Quantitative and qualitative analysis by GC\/Mass analysis of the essential oils of Rosa species flowers via hydrodistillation.<br \/>\nThe most important recommendations which the study has come up with:<br \/>\n1. Conducting more phylogenetic analysis on Rosa sp., and using nuclear and chloroplast DNA regions on other genera and species of the rosaceae family.<br \/>\n2. Investigating the HSP70 role in several seasons or tempareture levels and relating their expression with physiological analysis of the plants.<br \/>\n3.
