The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of managing and organizing time to accomplish more tasks in fewer hours. It emphasized that optimal use of time reduces stress and accelerates the achievement of goals. The workshop was designed to help female students learn effective time management skills for university students and to prioritize tasks by adopting a balanced approach to time management in all
