Prof. Dr. Zainab Karim Khurabit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"relative\"><div id=\"cz_97039\" class=\"cz_97039 cz_line tal\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"clr\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div><div id=\"cz_81239\" data-arrows='{\"open\":\"fa fa-angle-down\",\"close\":\"fa fa-angle-up\"}' class=\"cz_81239 cz_acc clr\"><div><div id=\"cz_66389\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fa czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Objectives of the Dissertation<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The objectives of this study are summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1. Study of the protective effect of the aqueous extract of Maca root and flaxseed oil against the harmful effects caused by Danazol, through improving sperm parameters, restoring hormonal balance, reducing oxidative stress, and maintaining the integrity of the DNA genetic material.<br \/>\n2. Determining the relationship between oxidative stress and genetic material damage as a central mechanism in the effects of Danazol, and evaluating the extent to which plant extracts intervene in breaking this pathological cycle.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_18419\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fa czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Content of the Dissertation<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The dissertation included an evaluation of the potential effects of both Maca root aqueous extract and flaxseed oil in preventing reproductive damage caused by Danazol administration. This study utilized an adult male albino mouse model. The study included forty (40) male albino mice, assigned to four equal experimental groups .The scope of the study included :<br \/>\n\u2022 Reproductive Hormones: Measuring key hormone levels (FSH, LH, and testosterone).<br \/>\n\u2022 Oxidative Stress &amp; Antioxidants:<br \/>\n-Assessing oxidative stress marker (malondialdehyde \/ MDA).<br \/>\n-Evaluating antioxidant enzyme activity (CAT and GSH).<br \/>\n\u2022 Fertility Parameters: Analyzing sperm count, motility, and morphology (abnormalities).<br \/>\n\u2022 Histological Examination: Evaluating tissue changes and structural integrity in the testes.<br \/>\n\u2022 DNA Integrity: Assessing the extent of DNA damage or integrity.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_15847\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i this study:<br \/>\n\u2022 Expanding studies to evaluate the effects of Maca extract and flaxseed oil on female reproductive parameters and tracking potential transgenerational impacts on offspring.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assessing the safety profile of Maca extract on liver, kidney, and blood parameters, alongside comparing its clinical efficacy against standard infertility treatments (such as Clomiphene).<br \/>\n\u2022 Testing the treated male mice in real mating trials with females to measure actual conception rates, pregnancy outcomes, and live birth rates.<br \/>\n\u2022 Synthesizing bio-based nanomaterials from Maca root to enhance its therapeutic potential and advance novel applications in reproductive medicine.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div
