The directive prohibits any practices that may adversely affect green spaces and requires faculty members, employees, students, and residents of university housing complexes to comply with environmental regulations, with legal measures to be taken against violators.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project aims to transform the university campus into an <strong>environmental and academic model<\/strong> that balances scientific development with the conservation of natural resources.
