czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Objectives of the Dissertation<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The objectives of this study are summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Isolation and identification of Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase <em>Klebsiella pneumoniae<\/em> (ESBL) from pneumonia patients in some Baghdad hospitals.<\/li>\n<li>Biosynthesis of Zinc oxide fungal-mediated nanoparticles and study of their antibacterial activity.<\/li>\n<li>Study the potential effects of these nanoparticles on the gene expression of ESBL-encoding (<em>blaSHV, blaTEM, and blaCTX-M<\/em>), and biofilm-associated genes (<em>mrk <\/em>A<em>,lux<\/em>S) in ESBL.Kp isolates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_18419\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fa czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Content of the Dissertation<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Extraction process<\/strong>: Preparing the <em>Fusarium oxysporum<\/em> extracts and studying the antibacterial activity of the extracts against ESBLKp isolates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparation and characterization of fungal nanoparticles:<\/strong> Detailed analysis of the size, shape, structure, and composition of the fungal, nanoparticles through techniques such as UV-Visible Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-Vis spectroscopy), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy analysis (FTIR) analysis, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) ,Zeta potential analysis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Antibacterial activity:<\/strong> Evaluating the antibacterial efficacy of the biosynthesized Zinc oxide nanoparticles against Kp isolates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Efficiency in reducing the gene expression:<\/strong> Investigating the nanoparticles&#8217; ability to reduce the gene expression of Kp isolates..<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_94023\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fa czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Dissertation Recommendations<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>The most important recommendations which the study has come up with and the average obtained<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Accurate toxicological assessments of <em> oxysporum<\/em> extracts and nanoparticles are essential to ensure their safety in biomedical applications.<\/li>\n<li>Further research is needed to explore the pharmacological potential of <em>Fusarium oxysporum<\/em> extracts in developing novel therapeutic agents for respiratory infections, including pneumonia.<\/li>\n<li>Expanding the evaluation of <em> oxysporum<\/em> extracts and their biosynthesized nanoparticles against a wider range of pathogenic microorganisms, including other bacteria, fungi, and viruses.<\/li>\n<li>A study of the structure and characterization of the bioactive compounds produced by<em> F. oxysporum <\/em>is also necessary to better understand their mechanisms of action and evaluate their potential applications as natural food preservatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_57175\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i
