{"id":13396,"date":"2026-05-10T09:36:23","date_gmt":"2026-05-10T06:36:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=13396"},"modified":"2026-07-13T09:42:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T06:42:08","slug":"artificial-intelligence-in-biochemistry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.csw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=13396","title":{"rendered":"Artificial Intelligence in Biochemistry"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Department of Chemistry Organizes a Workshop on Artificial Intelligence Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science for Women, Professor Dr. Sameera Naji Khdim, the Continuing Education Unit, in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry, organized a scientific workshop entitled &#8220;Artificial Intelligence in Biochemistry.&#8221; The workshop was presented by\u00a0Dr. Areej Shawkat Hamid, Ms.\u00a0Sinaa Aboud Mustafa, and Ms.\u00a0Mais Mohammed.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop introduced the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) and its contemporary applications in the field of biochemistry, with particular emphasis on its role in analyzing complex biological data, accelerating drug discovery processes, and enhancing the understanding of chemical interactions within living systems with a high degree of accuracy.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The presentations also highlighted the application of machine learning techniques and artificial neural networks in predicting the structures and functions of biomolecules, thereby contributing to the advancement of scientific research and enabling more accurate and efficient outcomes.
