The investigation for nanoparticles was done by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), UV-VIS spectroscopy, FESEM, Zeta potential, and transmutation electron microscopy (TEM). The efficiency of prepared nanomaterial was subject to cytotoxicity as the test was performed on the normal cell lines and the Prostate cancer line (PC3).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_94023\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fa czico-052-three-2\"><\/i><div>Dissertation Recommendations<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>The most important recommendations which the study has come up with and the average obtained<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After conducting a comprehensive examination of the plasma properties on the samples using Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), with a focus on the effect of different laser intensities, valuable insights were gained into the complex relationship between laser energy and the resulting plasma characteristics.<\/li>\n<li>Through a detailed analysis of the data, we were able to interpret the relationship between changes in laser energy and its effects on plasma parameters such as electron temperature and density. It was found that as laser energy increased, both the electron temperature (T<sub>e<\/sub>) and electron density (n<sub>e<\/sub>) increased.<\/li>\n<li>It was found that as laser energy increased, the Debye length (\u03bb<sub>D<\/sub>) decreased. while both the plasma frequency (\ud835\udc87<sub>\ud835\udc91<\/sub>) and the Debye number (N<sub>D<\/sub>) increased.<\/li>\n<li>In our work, the pulsed laser ablation (PLA) and micro\u00a0 plasma jet (MPJ) techniques is used for synthesis pure Sn NPs\u00a0 and Sn\/ Zn core shell nanoparticles successfully.<\/li>\n<li>The MPJ technique is superior in terms of crystal quality and colloidal stability. It also provides better control over the core-shell structure, ensuring the nanoparticles remain stable and do not clump together easily.<\/li>\n<li>The PLA technique is more effective as an anti-cancer agent. Due to their smaller size, nanoparticles made by PLA can inhibit the growth of PC3 cancer cells more efficiently, even at low concentrations.<\/li>\n<li>The MPJ technique is the safest for healthy cells because it has lower toxicity.
