Prof. Dr. Salah Khairi Jaber,<\/strong> held a meeting with the staff of the Services Division. This meeting was convened in recognition of their outstanding efforts in supporting the university environment and ensuring the smooth conduct of daily operations within the college.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting included a review of the nature of the duties performed by the Services Division staff, as well as a discussion of the main challenges and obstacles they encounter in the course of their work. Emphasis was placed on the pivotal role they play in maintaining a clean and well-organized academic environment, which significantly contributes to supporting the educational process and enhancing the institutional performance of the college.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event also featured a number of recognition activities that reflected the college deanery\u2019s commitment to appreciating the efforts of this important group of staff. These initiatives contributed to boosting morale and reinforcing the values of cooperation and teamwork among employees. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs commended the staff for their dedication and sincerity in performing their duties, affirming the deanery\u2019s continued commitment to supporting them and providing appropriate motivational incentives.
