The program featured motivational questions directed at students regarding their initial steps after graduation, thereby encouraging critical reflection and informed decision-making.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1377\">Additionally, participants were given paper slips to write down their main concerns and challenges they might face after graduation. These were subsequently discussed collectively in order to develop realistic and shared solutions that enhance confidence and reduce anxiety associated with this transitional stage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1662\">The session also explored students\u2019 skills, talents, and future aspirations, providing them with an opportunity to express their capabilities and exchange experiences. This contributed to strengthening self-awareness and developing a clearer vision of their prospective career paths.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"2007\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The session concluded by emphasizing the importance of early planning for post-graduation life and the continuous development of personal and professional skills.
