It highlighted the role of physical activity in improving public health, enhancing physical fitness, and preventing a range of chronic diseases. The workshop also discussed the impact of sports on developing essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and responsibility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1390\">Furthermore, the session emphasized the importance of integrating sports activities into daily university programs and promoting a culture of physical exercise among students, thereby contributing to achieving a balance between academic and health-related dimensions.
