It explained the evaluation form used to assess the competency of faculty members in Iraqi universities according to the Bologna framework, specifically Criterion Five as outlined in the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. It was noted that the regulations governing this indicator are reviewed every four years based on feedback received from universities and educational institutions. The Academic Performance Indicator is oriented toward ensuring the quality of teaching, ensuring the quality of learning, and ensuring international academic standards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"2141\">The lecturers explained the methodology for calculating the Academic Performance Indicator through three main macro dimensions. The first dimension consists of student feedback on the course content and teaching methods, accounting for 15%. The second dimension involves the evaluation conducted by the head of the department regarding the teaching process and the faculty member, accounting for 20%. The third dimension includes the evaluation of the instructor\u2019s portfolio and international academic standards, accounting for 65%.
