The course was attended by a number of faculty members, staff, and female students of the college.<br \/>\nThe course aimed to introduce the cloud point extraction technique, which is considered one of the modern techniques in the field of chemistry. It sought to familiarize participants with the theoretical and practical principles of this technique, as well as its most important applications in environmental and pharmaceutical fields. The course included a detailed explanation of the concept of cloud point extraction, the mechanism of surfactants, and the factors affecting extraction efficiency, such as temperature, pH, and the concentration of the materials used.<br \/>\nFurthermore, the course addressed the various applications of this technique, including the analysis of heavy metals in water, monitoring environmental pollutants, and analyzing pharmaceutical compounds. It also highlighted the advantages and limitations of the technique, in addition to recent trends in its development.<br \/>\nIn conclusion, emphasis was placed on the importance of this technique in advancing environmentally friendly chemical analysis methods within the framework of green chemistry, due to its high analytical sensitivity and reduced use of organic solvents.
