[vc_column_text css=””]The importance of the study lies in measuring the levels of minerals calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3 in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and comparing them using different analytical methods[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div>

Content of the Thesis<\/div><\/span>
[vc_column_text css=””]The study was conducted at the University of Baghdad, College of Science for Women, Department of Chemistry. Samples were collected from Al-Wasiti Teaching Hospital, and mineral levels were measured at the Laboratory and Market Research Center at the University of Baghdad, along with vitamin D3.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div>

[vc_column_text css=””]The most important recommendations reached by the thesis are:<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Investigate the influence of dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and physical activity levels on serum Ca, Mg, Zn, and D3 concentrations in individuals with osteoporosis.<\/li>\n
  2. Include a wider age range, encompassing both younger and older populations, to assess age-related biochemical changes associated with bone health.<\/li>\n
  3. Compare the performance of additional advanced analytical techniques with those evaluated in this study to validate measurement accuracy and precision further.<\/li>\n
  4. Examine the correlation between the severity of osteoporosis and the extent of mineral and vitamin deficiencies using advanced diagnostic tools such as Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
